The order placed in April arrived on Labor day. We had a series of problems from day 1 after delivery. Installers didn’t have any experience other than putting the sauna together.
The user manual, serial # , etc hauled away by the installers. CD/DVD didn’t work. Touch screen would not operate audio or video. Sunlighten customer service was great. It got to the point of frustration bordering on comedy. 6 weeks , 2 replacement CD/DVD players, a 2nd installer visit, 1 wire connection and a replacement LCD touch screen later…we have a fully operational sauna.
Through all of the delays, hassles, phone calls and replacement parts, the Sunlighten customer service people could not have been nicer. The one thing that kept me from sending hate mail or trashing Sunlighten was the non-wavering support from customer service. I heard several of the people I talked to say the same thing…. we’re sorry for the inconvenience but we will make it right. They did ! The mPulse is wonderful. My wife and I use it every day. The quality is there. The product is as advertised and the customer service was 1st class. I had my doubts for a couple of weeks….. No longer. Buy with confidence. Sunlighten made good on their promise.
