We had owned an Infrared Sauna from another company for 3 years. We can refer them as company X. Unfortunately, we had some difficulties with the sauna and when we contacted Company X, it was very apparent that “customer service” wasn’t even in their vocabulary. I researched the internet and found Sunlighten, and am so happy that I called. Sarah, a very friendly voice of the company promptly returned my phone call and was happy to help. She helped with the selection of the sauna and was very informative throughout the entire purchasing process! The company is professional from start to finish.
